1338803 Attachment devices M H RAINBOW 11 Oct 1972 [22 Sept 1971] 44258/71 Heading E2B [Also in Division A1] An attachment device for, for example supporting plants, comprises a sleeve 10 through which extends a nail or pin 11 having a head 12 at one end and a cap 13 connected to the sleeve 10 by a flexible tether 14, the cap 13 being adjusted to be secured to the head 12 of the nail or pin 11 or directly to the sleeve 10 so that the tether forms a logs. The sleeve, tether and cap may comprise a one piece moulding in a plastics material, e.g. low density polythene. The nail or pin 11 may be a masonry nail or pin. The cap 13 may be provided with a recess 15 having an internal rim 16, the rim snapping over the head 12 of the nail or pin 11 to hold the head within the cap.
