Abstract

1337644 Film cartridge EASTMAN KODAK CO 19 April 1971 [6 Feb 1970] 21017/71 Heading G2E A cartridge particularly for cine film is made up from two parts 12, 14 each defining a recess which together form a chamber for housing a film reel. The part 14 carries a pair of flexible latch members (only 82 shown) which engage two bars 40, 42 on the part 12. To prevent the part 14 pivoting about these latching devices a flange 90 is provided which is received in a recess 43 in the wall 16 of the part 12. The cartridge also includes a slot 19, by which a film feed mechanism may enter, and slots 26, 28 (only 28 visible, 26 being formed in the wall 16 in line with 28) which prevent the cartridge being located incorrectly in a film projector.
