Abstract

1333213 Ladders R BLAYNEY 15 Oct 1970 [15 July 1969] 35549/69 Heading E1S [Also in Division B7] A rope ladder for use in combination with a life-line is arranged on a longitudinally bored spool which is free to move longitudinally on an anchor rope. A ring at the outer end of the ladder protrudes through a weather cover when the ladder is collapsed, and a personal safety line is passed through the ring. The spool has locating points on which the rigid rings of the ladder sit when the ladder is collapsed. (For Figure see next page)
