Abstract

1324979 Selective printing KOMBINAT ZENTRONIK VEB 1 July 1971 30903/71 Heading B6F A wire matrix printer comprises print wires 17, 18 spring biased towards paper 20 and restrained by permanent magnets 1, 2 the effect of which may be nullified by coils 7, 8. A resetting bail 12 is provided which may work in opposite phase to a pair of resetting bails 24. The coils 7, 8 are formed on projections forming comb-like pole-pieces 4, 5. The wires are arranged as a 5 x 7 matrix.
