1313785 Protective film backing AGFAGEVAERT AG 21 July 1970 [30 July 1969] 35188/70 Headings G2A A protective strip for photographic film comprises a paper strip 4 which has a black coating 5 on one side, and is secured at that side to a polyester foil 1 by a bonding agent 2. The other side of the foil, which faces the film (not shown on the drawing), is roughened, the coefficient of friction with respect to the film being preferably between 0À4 and 0À8.
