1312205 Hypertensive compositions MARION LABORATORIES Inc 1 June 1971 [9 Sept 1970] 18320/71 Heading A5B Pharmaceutical compositions, in unit dosage form and suitable for oral or parenteral administration, comprise 0.02 to 300 mg of tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives of the formula: wherein R is a phenyl group substituted by 1 to 3 halogen atoms, or OH, NO 2 , alkyl or alkoxy groups and R 1 is H or alkyl, or non- toxic acid addition salts thereof in admixture with pharmaceutical carriers. The compounds possess hypotensive activity.
