Abstract

1309992 Radar FRIED KRUPP GmbH 19 April 1971 [19 Feb 1970] 22058/71 Heading H4D As described (but claimed generally for any member to be synchronized to another member) a radar cathode-ray tube deflexion coil 7 Fig. 1 is synchronized with a radar aerial 1 by an additional arrangement Fig. 2 in which a timer 12 is controlled by pulses U 1 , U 2 from cam switches 8, 9 Fig. 1 to develop a voltage U 7 Fig. 3 from an integrator 17, which is applied together with a voltage U 6 (developed by a bi-stable 16) to a "delay" circuit 24 incorporating a Schmitt trigger 21 to yield a voltage U 9 to cause contact 10 to interrupt current to a synchronous motor 5. Time interval t L must be greater than a charging time predetermined by RC network 19, 20. Synchronization may necessitate two or more successive revolutions of the aerial.
