1308809 D-Secretins E R SQUIBB & SONS Inc 24 March 1970 [27 March 1969] 14280/70 Heading C2C Peptides of the formula:- H - R - His - R - Ser - Asp - Gly - Thr - R - Phe- Thr - Ser - Glu - Leu - Ser - R - Arg - Leu - RArg - Asp - Ser - Ala - R - Arg - Leu - Glu(NH 2 )- R - Arg - Leu - Leu - Glu(NH 2 ) - Gly - Leu - Val- NH 2 and their salts (where R is D- or L- and where at least one is D-) are prepared by standard methods for peptides especially H-Glu- Leu - Ser - R - Arg - LeuOH is reacted with HR - Arg - Asp - Ser - Ala - R - Arg - Leu - Glu- (NH 2 ) - R - Arg - Leu - Leu - Glu(NH 2 ) - Gly- Leu-Val-NH 2 and the resulting product with HThr - R - Phe - Thr - Ser - OH and finally with H - His - R - Ser - Asp - GlyOH (at least one R being D-).
