1308232 Vapour deposition of Au, Pt and Se RICOH KK 30 April 1970 [22 May 1969] 20741/70 Heading C7F [Also in Division H1] A support of Al or Cu is held between 20‹ and 40‹C and a film of Au or Pt is vapour deposited thereon followed by a vapour deposited layer of Se. Alternatively the support is held between 60‹ and 75‹C and a film of Se vapour deposited thereon and then the support is held between 20‹ and 40‹C and another film of Se vapour deposited thereon.
