1307239 Propellants RAUFOSS AMMUNISJONSFABRIKKER AS 17 June 1970 [19 July 1969] 29433/70 Heading C1D A plastic propellant for rockets comprises a perchlorate, polyisobutylene, a wetting agent, and 15-30% by weight of zinc oxide. The perchlorate may be ammonium perchlorate and the wetting agent lecithin. The zinc oxide acts both as burning catalyst and as filler and oxidizing agent.
