Abstract

1303370 Manufacturing large building panels INTONG AB 31 Dec 1970 [14 Jan 1969] 61923/70 Heading E1B Large gas or foamed concrete building panels 13 are made by combining at least two courses 8 and 9 of concrete elements 1 and 2 by adhesive on their small faces 3, 4 and 5, 6 on a conveyor 7 to form a raw body 10 from which elements 11 are cut off by a saw across line 12. The small faces are ground to accurate dimensions at station A before the conveyor. Correction of dimensions of the taken out element is effected at station D to form panel 13. Subsequently grooves or window openings may be cut in the panel and a coating may be applied to one face. (For Figures see next page)
