The portions are wedge-shaped in the direction of the periphery of the frame and may also be wedge-shaped in a direction perpendicular to the said periphery. The frame may be circular. The segments may be of plastics, artificial resin concrete, concrete or bituminous mixtures. The height of the frame is adjusted by relative movement of the portions 5, 6.
