1297433 Directional couplers INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP 3 Sept 1970 [24 Dec 1968] 42091/70 Heading H1W [Also in Divisions H3-H5] Directional coupler, e.g. for use in a data transmission system (see Divisions H3-H5), comprises a main line section 310, Fig. 3a, with two branch line sections 301, 302 arranged parallel the main line section 301 and connected in series, with the end of the first section 301 connected to the opposite end of the second section 302. Preferably, the assembly is arranged in a loop configuration as in Fig. 3d.
