Abstract
1290483 Suspending plant pots A V GLEDHILL 22 Sept 1969 [20 Sept 1968] 44874/68 Heading A4U A suspended holder for a tray 25 and plant pot 28 comprises a framework 11 of intersecting members joined at the intersections and including a continuous member which forms upstanding members 15, 16, base members 12, 12a, upstanding members 13, 14 and a suspensory hook 29, 17, 29a. The framework is preferably formed of plastics-coated or enamelled wire and the base members 12, 12a may be secured to the tray. The ends of horizontal, part-circular cross-members 19, 20 are secured at 21, 24 to the uprights 13, 14 which lie against a supporting wall. In a modification, a rectangular tray is detachably retained in a rectangular framework by the engagement of a lip on the tray with a horizontal cross-member of the framework, the horizontal cross-members extending completely round the framework and the upstanding members near to the supporting wall projecting inwardly over the tray and contacting the wall at their junction with the base members which are normal to the wall.
