1288767 Wire plating UNITED KINGDOM ATOMIC ENERGY AUTHORITY 14 April 1970 [21 April 1969] 20357/69 Heading C7B Support means for wire in a plating bath comprises a pair of spaced parallel shafts each bearing a plurality of single grooved pulleys fitted to be freely and independently rotatable with respect to adjacent pulleys on the same shaft. Preferably, the shafts are each rotatably carried in a bearing above bath level, and have those parts which are immersed in the bath coated with plastic. Each shaft may be fitted with a plastic bearing sleeve on which plastic pulleys rotate, e.g. of polypropylene.
