In another form, Fig. 3 (not shown), a clamping ring comprises three segments (86) connected by single bolts. In yet another form, a clamping ring has two segments (96), Figs. 4, 5 (not shown), connected at their ends by double bolts (99). Alternatively, one or more of the bolted joints is/are replaced by pivots and only one bolted joint is provided for tightening.
