Abstract
1283539 Corona charging devices KATSURAGHWA DENKI K K 24 Nov 1969 [25 Nov 1968] 57303/69 Heading G2H A corona charging device having a plurality of fine metal wires 22 for depositing charge on a photo-conductive element 10 and mounted in a common plane has means for moving the wires with respect to the element during exposure to avoid producing shadows of the wires on the element. On insulating frame 21 Fig. 2, carrying the wires 22 is moved parallel to the plane of the wires by a cam 28 or an electromagnet, not shown. A plurality of earthed thin metal strips 23 disposed between the wires 22 form counter electrodes.
