1283410 Woven fabrics for sportswear F J GREITER 27 Aug 1969 [30 May 1969] 42738/ 69 Heading A3V [Also in Division D1] A sportswear fabric, permeable to ultraviolet light without being transparent, is woven from threads of from 0.08 to 0.30 mm diameter and a thread density of from 12 to 42 threads per cm so that the voids ratio of the fabric is from 0.26 to 0.40. The fabric allows the skin under, e.g. a swimming costume to become sun tanned.
