Abstract

1279761 Clips; wall or ceiling covering G TOMBU 3 March 1970 [4 March 1969 12 Feb 1970] 10047/70 Headings E1W and E2B Fabric is secured so as to cover a wall or ceiling by gripping its ends between a member secured to the wall and another element pressed into this member. In Fig. 1, a fixed stop member 1 has curled over ends 6, 7 into which a similar movable element 3 is fitted, the fabric being gripped between the ends 6, 8, as shown. In Fig. 2, a clip-shaped end 10, 11 is employed. In Fig. 3, a single element 1, 3 is used as a clip. In Fig. 4, a hollow rib 14 serves to grip the other end of the fabric, a keeper 15 being used if desired Fig. 15 and 16 (not shown) show several such ribs for holding several fabrics (23, 24). Figs. 7-12 (not shown) show methods of stretching the fabric over the anchorages. In Figs. 5 and 6 (not shown) a plug-in clip (25, 26) is used, the fabric being fixed as desired.
