Abstract

1276115 Centrifugal separator CAMBRIDGE THERMIONIC CORP 21 Oct 1969 51548/69 Heading B2P [Also in Division H2] Centrifuge apparatus comprises a centrifuge chamber 61 suspended from a body 11 which is levitated between two electromagnets 12, 13 (see Division H2). A polyphase stator 63 rotates the body 11 by inducing currents in the body itself or in conductive members mounted on the body. Alternatively a motor rotor unit may be mounted on the body 11.
