Abstract

1275438 Shock absorber piston valves BARKAS-WERKE VEB 29 Aug., 1969 43053/69 Heading F2S In a shock absorber piston valve having a spring loaded valve element 5 which co-operates with an annular collecting space 12 in which channels 3 terminate, a recessed annular disc 11 defines the inner edge of the space. The depth of the disc 11 may, as shown, equal that of the space. Alternatively, it may not, in which ease a permanently open passage through tne piston is formed in addition to this one-way valve, liquid flowing either through the middle of the valve elements (Fig.3, not shown) or round the outside (Fig. 4, not shown). Channels 4, an element 7, and a spring 8 constitute a conventional oneway valve through the piston in the opposite direction.
