Abstract
1,274,807. Coffee. PROCTER & GAMBLE CO. 12 May, 1970, No. 16569/71. Divided out of 1,274,806. Heading A2B. A coffee product comprises a minor proportion, preferably 10-30 wt%, of non-compressed particles of high grade roast and ground coffee and a major proportion of flakes of compressed low and/or intermediate grade roast and ground coffee. The flakes are preferably those set forth and claimed in Specification 1,274,806. Preferably 3-10% of the product passes 40 mesh U.S. standard screen and not more than 35% remains on a 12 mesh U.S. standard screen.
