Abstract
1,267,244. Photoconductive plates. HONEYWELL Inc. 1 May, 1969 [10 May, 1968], No. 22383/69 Heading HlK. [Also in Division G2] A photoconductive plate comprises adjacent conductive and insulative layers, the latter being porous and abrasion resistant and containing a photoconductive material within the pores. Known photoconductive materials are specified. An insulative layer may be formed on a layer of metal (e.g. Al, Mg, Mn, or Cu) by chemical reaction, e.g. Al may be anodized. The photoconductive material may be introduced into the pores by vacuum impregnation.
