Heading B5A Each half 10 of a mould for producing sealing rings, e.g. of rubber, includes a closed tortuous moulding groove 13-16 formed in part in removable mould sections 11, 16 whereby a complete sealing ring or different lengths of sealing strip can be moulded. A section 11 may be replaced by a section 17, Fig. 2 (not shown), with grooves (18) opening into a recess (19), whereby moulding material is discharged from the groove parts 14 or 16 via the grooves (18) towards the mould periphery and is uncured. The various grooves are flanked on each side by open grooves.
