Abstract

1,263,085. Shop counters; article display stands. JOHN MACKINTOSH & SONS Ltd. Oct.17, 1969 [Oct.18, 1968], No.49554/68. Heading A4T. Means supporting boxes on the raised edges of a shop counter comprises a platform 10 with an upstanding rear wall 11 and a depending stem for securing it to the counter. The stem comprises two struts 12 which embrace the edge and may be fixed by adhesive or screws or may slide along the edge whereby the bottom of the box rests on the platforms of two opposed supporting means and prongs 15 on the wall grip into the box end-walls. The prongs may be covered by a pad 17.
