Abstract

1,252,047. Toy building blocks. AMANDA JANE Ltd. 24 Feb., 1970 [31 March, 1969], No. 16759/69. Heading A6S. A component 1 (Fig. 1) for a toy construction kit has at least one projection 5 therefrom and at least one recess 4 to accommodate the projection wherein the projection is provided with one or more studs, embossments or protuberances 6 for engagement in the recess, the components being held together by resilient compression of the projections by the recess walls. Alternatively the studs &c. may be formed in the recess wall, or the projection may be circular and a slightly oversize fit in the recess, or may consist of 4 studs located at the corners and having a resilient fit into the corners of the recess.
