Abstract
1,250,493. Digital facsimile transmission systems. XEROX CORP. 26 July, 1968 [27 July, 1967], No. 1649/71. Divided out of 1,250,492. Headings H4F and H4P. Bipolar signals are derived from binary data fed via inverter 91 to gates 94, 95 and to bistable 93. The gates are enabled alternately by the bi-stable. The state of the bi-stable changes whenever the input is zero. The output of gate 94 is added to the inverted output of gate 95 to provide the bipolar signals.
