Abstract
124,687. Vincent, H. G. M. Nov. 20, 1918. Button and buttonhole strips. -Suspenders, ribbons, and the like are attached to garments by means of independent button and buttonhole sections, the latter being stitched to the garment, the former to the suspender, &c. The garment A, such as a chemise having a lace trimming B, has stitched thereto a tab D having a buttonhole, and the suspender C<2> has stitched to it a tab D<2> having a button D<1>. The sections may be manufactured in strip form, as shown in Fig. 4, with alternately a. button and a button hole, so that sections may be cut off as required.
