Abstract

[Also in Division G1] Electric charges stored on a plurality of lowloss capacitors 2 (only one of which is shown), e.g. from ionisation chambers 1 or photoelectric cells, are sequentially sampled 3, 4 by a Miller integrating circuit 10, 11 having D.C. negative feedback from its drain to its source via a diode 16. After each capacitor 2 is sampled the integrator is reset by a switch. The output from the integrator may be digitized and stored from cycle to cycle.
