[Also in Division H3] A frequency selective circuit comprises an active part formed as an integrated circuit in a body of semi-conductor material, and a frequency selective part in the form of a piezoelectric delay line. The integrated circuit, Fig. 5, comprises a silicon substrate 30 on which transistors 31, 32 and resistor 33 are formed. The frequency seletive part comprises a wafer 39 of lithium niobate on which is formed an array 40 of electrodes, Fig. 6 (not shown), comprising an input set 41, an output set 42, and a common set 43. The distance between adjacent electrodes is N 2 of the resonant frequency.
