Abstract
1,237,420. Magnetic reed contact units. FUJITSU Ltd. 23 Dec., 1968 [27 Dec., 1967], No.61165/68. Heading H1N. A sealed magnetic reed contact unit has a reducing atmosphere within its envelope and the atmosphere comprises water vapour and hydrogen in the partial pressure ratio of less than 1/10<SP>3</SP> and preferably 1/10<SP>4</SP>. One of the contact blades may be a closable tube for inserting the atmosphere after manufacture in an oxidizing or inert atmosphere.
