Abstract

1,235,371. Hand tracks. H. C. SLINGSBY Ltd., and G. SLINGSBY. 5 Feb., 1969 [16 Feb., 1968], No. 7682/68. Heading B7B. [Also in Division E2] The detachable sides of a hand track are secured by a catch 9 including a tubular portion which is pivotable and slidable on a vertical end member 10 of a detachable end 8 or on a fitting integral with the end and adapted to releasably hold the end to a fixed side member 2. As shown, the catch includes a hook-like part 12 which when the catch is rotatable into its fastening position in use is engageable with an upright 3 of an adjacent side member 2 and with a cross member 15 of the side member. The end member is provided with a U-shaped lug 16 for engaging the adjacent upright 3 of the side member 2.
