A display stand comprises a base; at least one arm mounted on the base for supporting goods; another arm for supporting goods, said another arm being removable from the base and including a rearwardly projecting part forming a supporting leg for the base; at least one of the arms having an adjustable supporting member, adjustable in position along' at least part of the arm. As shown, the first arm 18 may be fixed to the base, and a further device for supporting goods, 19, may be fixed to the base 10. End 13 of arm 11 is removably fitted into slot 14 in base 10, the rear wall of the base being shaped as at 15. Each adjustable supporting member 20 may be slidable along the arm on which it is mounted, and has clamping means to hold the member in a required position. Indentations 27, 28 may be provided to receive parts of the goods. A horizontal channel 25 may also be provided for displaying further goods. The device shown is particularly suitable for supporting hair brush (arm 18, head resting on support 20, and handle in indentation 27), hand mirror (arm 11, head resting on support 20, and handle in indentation 28), clothes brush (clamp 19), and comb (channel 25 or attachment clip 31).
