1,227,608. Lintels for fireplaces. FINLOCK GUTTERS Ltd. 4 Nov., 1969 [11 Nov., 1968], No. 53314/68. Heading F4W. The lintel block 14 of a fireplace recess has a member 18 sliding in guides so that it can be moved to enclose the back recess of a fireplace surround. The lintel 14 may form part of a top block with a flue opening 12 which is built into the chimney breast. The member 18 may be curved.
