[Also in Divisions G1 and G4] A potential divider R 1 , R 2 and R 3 has tapping points 1, 2 and 3, connected by respective emitter follower transistors 7, 8, 9, to a common output terminal 17 and emitter load R L . A switch S, which may be at a remote location, supplies a bias -U s to a selected transistor to cause it to conduct, and connect the respective tapping point to the output terminal, while the remaining transistors are held cut off.
