Abstract

1,214,022. Container for perfumes, disinfectants &c. S. W. HORNE. 20 June, 1969 [24 May, 1968], No. 24889/68. Heading ASG. A device for holding a vapourisable perfume or disinfectant &c. to be disseminated into the atmosphere comprises a hollow, perforated spherical container made of two interlocking halves 1 and 2, one of which contains an opening 4 into which a stopper 5 fits, the stopper having a hollow portion for holding the vapourisable substance, e.g. a "cage" holding an absorbent such as cotton wool. The container may bear a number of spikes 12 upon its surface to which decorative objects, e.g. artificial flowers may be attached.
