1,208,528. Electric incandescent lamps. SYLVANIA ELECTRIC PRODUCTS Inc. 1 July, 1969 [1 July, 1968], No. 33147/69. Heading H1F. A lamp envelope is provided with an outer coating of transparent silicone rubber to hold it together in the event of fracture. The coating may be applied by dipping the bulb in a 25% dispersion by weight of silicone rubber in xylene.
