Abstract

1,207,329. Valves. DRYMIT S.A. 9 Nov., 1967 [10 Nov., 1966; 10 March, 1967], No. 51115/67. Heading F2V. [Also in Division H1] The inlet 2 and outlet 3 are connected via 4 which may be shut off by a rubber membrane 5. A plenum chamber 8 is provided behind membrane 5 and is connected to the inlet chamber 6 by a bore 9. The secondary passageway 10 in the membrane 5 is closed off by the head 11a of the armature 11. All the stationary parts of the electromagnet are embedded in a monolithic moulding of plastics material, the moulding being shaped to form a guide for the armature and the terminals for the coil projecting at right-angles to the axis of the coil.
