1,205,590. Puckered films. COMPAGNIE GENERALE D'AUTOMATISME. 1 Sept., 1967 [8 Sept., 1966; 5 Oct., 1966; 24 March, 1967; 4 July, 1967], No. 40177/67. Heading B5B. [Also in Divisions B1-B2 and G2] A film 122 having formed in it chambers 168 for holding solutions for analysis (see Division B1) is produced by heat-forming the chambers in a film strip unwinding from spool 123 using a heated die 161, 162, and heat sealing over the film strip a second film strip unwinding from spool 124, using heating block 169 co-operating with element 162. The films have lateral perforations as for cinematographic film. Spools 123, 124 are set in motion by step-by-step motor 150 having shaft 152 which carries secondary shafts 153-156 driving toothed wheels 157- 160.
