[Also in Division H2] A PVC sheath, formed by injection moulding, has longitudinal ribs 4 to facilitate the injection of material, and transverse ribs 3 so that a mould around the outside of the sheath may be removed more easily than a mould inside the sheath. The sheath may then be simply pulled off the inner mould without using ejector means.
