Abstract
1,200,466. Azeotropes of 1,1-dichloroethane- and trichloro-trifluoroethane. UNION CARBIDE CORP. 26 Oct., 1967 [28 Oct., 1966], No. 48709/67. Heading C5D. An azeotropic composition is composed of 23% by weight 1,1-dichloroethane and 77% by weight 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane having a boiling point of 115À5‹ F. at 760 mm. pressure. The composition may advantageously be used for removing asphalt based ink from a printed circuit.
