Abstract

1,199,873. Spray producers. DELAVANWATSON Ltd. 30 May, 1969 [31 May, 1968], No. 26095/68. Heading B2F. A spray nozzle assembly comprises a spray tip which is reversible for cleaning and a liquid dispersal member which in the reverse position of the spray tip is arranged so as to break up and disperse liquid issuing from the spray tip. The spray tip 24 may be mounted in rotatable holder 12 and secured therein by a screw having a bore 27 with vanes 30 for liquid dispersal. Alternative liquid :dispersal means are pins mounted in the screw or in an insert between the screw and the spray tip, and inserts with branched passages.
