[Also in Division F2] In an alarm valve for a sprinkler system, operable in either dry or wet pipe systems, comprising a trody having a valve opening 13 and an alarm port closable by a hinged clack 7 cooperated with a lever system 27, 29 which is externally operable to hold the clack closed and open in the dry and wet states of the system, respectively, the valve opening and the alarm port have, to co-operate with the clack, seating [face 12 and 18 which are concentric and in the same plane. In other respects the valve is similar to that of Specification 935,297.
