Abstract

1,192,827. Plastics boxes. DRELCO Ltd. 24 June, 1968 [11 Aug., 1967], No. 37002/67. Heading B8P. A thermoformed plastics container for toilet tissue comprises a shell 2 which fits over a double wall 5 on a base 2. The shell 1 can have a hole 3 for dispensing the tissues or be transparent for display purposes. In one embodiment the double wall has a rib 6 which engages a rib 4 in the shell 1 and in an alternative embodiment, Fig. 4 (not shown) the shell 1 wedges on the double wall so that its top rests on the upper surface of the wall. Suspension means can be provided by holes 9 in an extended base 2 or by holes in a frame (10), Fig. 3, (not shown) which fits between the shell 1 and base. The frame (10) may be provided with information on the contents of the container.
