Abstract

1,192,805. Electro-erosion. G. I. ALKIN, V. L. ROITER, D. Y. DLUGACH, I. B. KNAUER and V. N. MAKARTSEV. 31 July, 1967, No. 35094/67. Heading B3V. An apparatus for monitoring the erosion gap voltage of an electro-erosion machine and for use as the sensor of an automatic feed regulator, comprises a circuit 2 connected across the erosion gap 1 to produce an output signal representative of the peak value of the signal fed to it and a low-pass filter 5 connected to the output of the circuit 2. The circuit 2 operates on the principle of a diode peak voltmeter comprising a diode 3 and capacitor 4.
