1,189,550. Aerator. E. P. AGHNIDES. 17 Dec., 1968 [22 Dec., 1967], No. 59933/68. Heading B1C. An aerator for connection to a water pipe or tube comprises a part 11 for connection to the pipe or tube, a transverse perforated wall 13, a sleeve 21 holding wire mesh 14, 20, and strips 23 depending from part 11 and joined to sleeve 21 so as to form inlets 24 for the induction of air into the space between wall 13 and wire mesh 14, 20, the outer surface of sleeve 21 being in alignment with the inner surface of part 11.
