Abstract
1,060,074. Flushing cisterns. ALFRED GOSLETT & CO. Ltd. Nov. 7, 1963 [Nov. 16, 1962], No. 43415/62. Heading E1C. A cistern comprises a compartment 2 to contain liquid having an outlet which is screened by a further compartment 3. The outlet is formed by a coupling 10 which connects with a distribution pipe 15. The compartment 3 has an open back from which extends an elongated aperture 12 in its base 6. Support brackets may be located below the base 9. The coupling 10 may be in a cistern side and a further compartment may extend from that side.
