[Also in Division F4] The outer wall 22 preferably of metal has stiffening members 24 secured to it, as by rivets 26 a longitudinal groove 30 being provided for pivotal engagement of a plastics spacer 28 as shown at 28a. The spacer 28 is preferably held in its correct position by a block 36 of foamed plastics material before the inner cladding 42 is secured to it and the space between the panels filled with a foamed plastics material 52.
