Abstract

1,041,710. Motor car visors. PERFECTA MOTOR EQUIPMENTS Ltd. Aug. 13, 1965 [Aug. 29, 1964], No.35467/64. Heading B7J. [Also in Division B5] A block, slab or sheet of expanded polystyrene, polyurethane or a polyester 1 having cut-away portions 2 and bevelled edges 3 is cast on to a fluted tube 4 of P.V.C., nylon, polystyrene, polypropylene or metal, and is enclosed in an envelope of P.V.C. sheet 5 which is closed by thermal welding along the edges of the block and has openings opposite the ends of the tube 4. The sheet 5 could however be inserted into the mould prior to casting.
