1,185,732. Cases for typewriters, &c. CHEMIE - INDUSTRIE - INVESTMENT A.G. 6 June, 1967 [9 Aug., 1966], No. 25979/67. Heading B8P. [Also in Division B5] A case, vacuum formed from a pair of plastics sheets, comprises a body portion and a lid portion hinged to the body portion at X. The lid carries a handle 19 and a snap fastener e.g. to secure it to the body portion. The exterior of the case may be furnished with reinforcing ribs 20, 21 and the interior layer may be removed in parts (see phantom line) to provide better reception of the article e.g. a portable typewriter contained therein. The interior and exterior layers may be of different hardnesses or colour.
